I have tried a few bread , but after tasting this one ! I have to admit it is super delicious. I love the seeds mixed. I use it toasted with smashed avocado and it never fails , yum 🩷
I was lucky to find the seeds of life breads at a Sunday market. I will be a long term customer as their products give my diet the boost I have found difficult to source.
I bought two loaves, one i gifted to a friend , both of us liked it. I therefore like it toasted as I brings a beautiful nutty kind of flavour. There is so much more to discover amongst the varieties, and I am super excited to try some more, yum 😋🫶🏽
