Shipping policy

When Will My Order Be Shipped? We ship Australia wide Monday-Wednesday, and ship to SE QLD & Metro areas Monday-Thursday. Most orders placed before 9am Monday-Wednesday will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 9am will be shipped the following business day.

How Long Until My Order Arrives? We express post all orders via Australia Post. Most SE QLD & Metro areas will arrive overnight, and more rural areas will take 2-4 days. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How Can You Post Baked Foods? We bake all orders fresh on the day of dispatch, vacuum seal them to maintain freshness, and send them express via Australia Post direct to your door.

Do You Post Internationally? Yes we post premixes, cookies and bulk goods internationally. We send international goods via standard post (unless requested otherwise). We dispatch within 2-3 business days, and usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive.
