This bread is not bloating and makes my tummy feel soft and nourished, its not "heavy-ing" or interrupt my mental function or cause me fatigue from digesting.
Works amazing with keto!
This bread is also not laden with that bi-carb taste, it is dense and rich and quite firm and uncrumbly!
(So much crumbly bread has been tested)
Deffinately worth the 5 star and I usually write good reviews with 4 stars.
