Bought this cake for a family members birthday, and it was a hit with everyone. Some people so surprised it was entirely certified organic, GF, refined sugar free, no wheat or dairy, and paired with some maple syrup and strawberries it was like a syrup choc cake but the healthiest and most delicious kind!
The Choc chip New York style cookies are delicious, great value for size and really hit the cookie spot! I have been freezing them to keep them fresh and even eating them frozen adds a next level chewy crunch that is also epic if I can’t wait too long to defrost lol! My partner and I go halves in them when we run low and even half still hits the spot! Definitely worth trying with some home made cashew milk or a honey chai tea is also ideal! ♥️
A very yummy and dense bread, really delicious with avocado, fennel seeds, olive oil and lemon juice! Also incredible toasted with hummus and dukkah too! Amazing quality certified organic GF bread!
I was nervous to try this bread because I live in Victoria and was unsure of the quality travelling from QLD, but I was pleasantly surprised that the vacumn sealed loaf was as fresh as if I had bought it at the market!
I froze it immediately to retain that and have been enjoying it for breakfast with avocado, cottage cheese and eggs- it’s the most delicious paleo bread I have ever had and I’m very happy with the product.
