COOKIE SANDWICHES

A large cookie sandwich, I could not eat all at once & cut into 1/4's. It is moist & a little crumbly which I don't mind. This was not a favourite for me, The icing was a little plain, not a lot of passionfruit flavour, tang or sweetness in the icing (a little lemon mixed in the icing might have made this) however I have had the cranberry cookies on their own & enjoy them. Still a nice treat.
